Thank you for choosing Bag of Grace. Each of our bags is individually handmade to order with care and attention to detail.
Delivery time
Each bag is individually handmade to order. Please allow 7–14 days for your order, depending on how many bags you order; larger orders may take a little longer. These are estimates and may vary during busy periods. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery fee
A flat £3.99 delivery fee is added at checkout.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, and tracking details if available. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier.
Delays
Bag of Grace is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance
- Severe weather
- Industrial action
- Public holidays
- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Bag of Grace cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
