How long does a bag take?

Every bag is beaded by hand after you order it. Standard orders take approximately 3–4 weeks to make before dispatch. Custom bags take longer, depending on the design. See shipping for the full detail.

Are the bags all the same?

No, and deliberately so. They are made one at a time by hand, so slight variations in bead placement, colour, size and finish occur. Those variations are what make each bag unique, and they are not defects.

Can I ask for a custom design?

Yes. Bespoke and custom-made designs can be requested. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

How do I look after it?

Keep the bag away from water and excessive moisture, avoid carrying excessively heavy items, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and store it carefully when not in use.

Where do you ship?

The United Kingdom only, with a flat £3.99 delivery fee. Allow 7–14 days, depending on how many bags you order. See shipping.

How do I pay?

All major cards, Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed securely by Stripe. Full payment is required before production begins.

Can I cancel or return?

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. Because everything is made to order we generally do not accept returns, though refunds or replacements are considered where an item is faulty, damaged, significantly different from an approved custom design, or where consumer law requires it.
