Welcome to Bag of Grace. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bag of Grace website and the purchase of our handmade beaded bags. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website.
1. About Bag of Grace
Bag of Grace is an online business specialising in handcrafted, made-to-order beaded bags.

A geographic business address is required by law for selling to consumers online, and there is not one anywhere in these documents
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
3. Our Products
Every Bag of Grace bag is individually handcrafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. As each item is handmade:
- Slight variations in bead placement, colour, size, or finish may occur.
- These natural variations make every bag unique and should not be considered defects.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
4. Made-to-Order & Custom Designs
All Bag of Grace products are made to order. Customers may also request bespoke or custom-made designs.
Once a custom order has been confirmed and production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Bag of Grace reserves the right to decline any custom request at its sole discretion.
5. Orders
An order is considered accepted only after full payment has been successfully received.
Bag of Grace reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Product availability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
6. Prices
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
The draft says "Prices do not include VAT". For consumer sales UK law requires prices shown to be VAT inclusive, and if Bag of Grace is not VAT registered this line should be removed entirely rather than reworded
Prices may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
7. Payment
We currently accept payment by:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- PayPal
Full payment must be made before production begins.
8. Processing Times
As every Bag of Grace bag is carefully handcrafted and made to order, production requires time to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
Each bag is handmade to order. Please allow approximately 7–14 days before dispatch, depending on how many bags you order; larger or more intricate orders may take a little longer.
Please note that these processing times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
9. Shipping
Bag of Grace currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
A flat £3.99 delivery fee applies, added at checkout.
Bag of Grace is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, severe weather, industrial action, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate.
10. Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may already have commenced, and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted, particularly for made-to-order and custom-made items.
Bag of Grace reserves the right to cancel any order where necessary. If this occurs after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Returns & Refunds
As all Bag of Grace products are handmade and made to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, refunds or replacements may be considered where:
- the item is faulty;
- the item arrives damaged;
- the item is significantly different from the approved custom design; or
- we are otherwise required to do so under applicable consumer law.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving your item by emailing Bagofgraceofficial@gmail.com. Please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the issue; and
- clear photographs of the item.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your legal rights under UK consumer protection legislation.
12. Product Care
To maintain the beauty and longevity of your handmade beaded bag, we recommend that you:
- Keep the bag away from water and excessive moisture.
- Avoid carrying excessively heavy items.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
- Store your bag carefully when not in use.
Improper care or misuse may reduce the lifespan of the product and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Bag of Grace website, including but not limited to the Bag of Grace name and branding, logo, photographs, product images, original bag designs, graphics, written content, and website design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Bag of Grace and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Bag of Grace.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bag of Grace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
15. Privacy
Bag of Grace respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the information necessary to process orders, provide customer support, and improve our services.

16. Amendments
Bag of Grace reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
